My goal is to show you how you can use yoga to enhance your life. Yoga includes, most famously, a system of postures or exercises (yogasana), as well as breathing exercises (pranayama), meditations, and ethical guidelines for how to conduct oneself (yamas, niyamas).

Yoga is not a religion. It is a science- science of well being, science of youthfulness, science of integrating body, mind and soul.

A consistent practice of yoga postures improves flexibility, functional strength, athletic performance, and health. Additionally, the mindfulness trained during the practice provide a sense of calm after practice. I offer workplace and group classes, as well as private lessons dedicated to this holistic form of fitness training. I incorporate an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as years of fitness training into my approach to teaching yoga classes.

In addition, I also offer private, semi private classes, and workshops teaching meditation and other elements of yoga philosophy/science. And please check out this website regularly- I will be updating content related to yoga practice and lifestyle!
